Logistics Manager
This role owns the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of products into and out of Plantworks Nursery. As a leadership-level role, this position Provides Leadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA) for the shipping team, directs routing and delivery schedules, coordinates drivers and freight brokers, and ensures shipping, receiving and fleet readiness to support customers and nursery operations.
Facilities Supervisor
This role leads and performs maintenance of Plantworks Nursery’s buildings, greenhouses, equipment, vehicles, irrigation, utilities, and grounds. The role coordinates employees and contractors, maintains safe and reliable operations, supports nursery needs across departments and responds to urgent issues outside of normal business hours.
Propagation Assistant
This is an outdoor position involving physical work. The Propagation Assistant is responsible for providing proper cultural care within the assigned area, including sowing and sticking, plant maintenance, sanitation and water management. Weekend work is required.
